Lloyds revamps board, management team
MADRID (MarketWatch) — Lloyds Banking Group PLC on Wednesday announced changes to its board of directors and senior management organization. Five business lines will now report directly to Group Chief Executive Antonio Horta-Osorio. Among the changes announced, Alison Brittain will take on the newly created role of group director of retail, responsible for multi-channel and multi-brand strategy, including Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland and Halifax among other duties. Antonio Lorenzo, group director of strategy and wealth and international will take on asset finance, formerly under the wholesale business. Truett Tate, group director for wholesale, will retire and Lloyds has begun a search to replace him.
