Irish PM: Bond Markets Expect Deal With ECB on Debt

Prime Minister Enda Kenny said that his plans to end Ireland’s reliance on international handouts assume that the ECB will agree to ease the terms on which the government repays debts incurred in support of the nation’s banks.
